Who is Parker?

Parker Otwell Roe is a local holistic healer, musician, writer, and artist from Manitou.  Parker holds certifications as a Reiki Shinpiden/Master (Divine Light Reiki) and Master/Teacher (Karuna Ki Reiki); a Certified Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist, Level 1 (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy); a Sound Healing Practitioner, Level 1 (The Sound Healing Academy), a Certified Aromatherapist (Aroma Academy of Natural Science); a Druid of the Birch Grove (Isle of Wight Order of Druids), a Reverend Parson (Universal Life Church), and a Dudeist Priest (The Church of the Dude); is an experienced Shamanic Practitioner and Paranormal Investigator; and he also holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance (University of Richmond) and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies and International Studies (University of Richmond).  Additionally, he is a prior-service Captain in the United States Marine Corps and is a Philosopher of Tao and Lay Monk. Parker enjoys spending his time helping others through hypnotherapy, Reiki, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and the other modalities mentioned above.  He lives here in Manitou Springs with his incredible wife and partner and his two wonderful fuzzy feline kiddos.  A student of the Tao, his choice is to be both stone and water, foundation and flow.  As such, he brings this philosophy to all his spiritual endeavors.  Parker is very excited to be able to offer these services and healing options to the community of Manitou Springs. Reiki

Parker has been an avid Reiki practitioner since receiving his Levels 1 & 2 attunements and certification in July of 2024. Since that moment, he has worked to practice on a daily basis, either with an individual in need directly or providing distance Reiki where appropriate.

He received his Master Level attunements and certification in February 2025 achieving the rank of Reiki Shinpiden in Divine Light Reiki. Afterwards, Parker received his Master/Teacher Level attunements and certification in April 2026 in the Karuna Ki Reiki School.

Sound

Parker was introduced to Sound Healing during a trip to Joshua Tree, CA, where he experienced his first sound bath. It was a truly transformative encounter and one that has been a prominent memory for him since. Over the years, he found himself seeking Sound Healing more and more and eventually decided to pursue some formal training of his own.

Working with the prestigious Sound Healing Academy in the UK, he received both the textbook and practical education in working with vibrational energy to help heal others. In March 2025, Parker acquired his Level 1 Foundations of Integral Sound Healing Certification.

QHHT

QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a hypnotherapy method developed by the late Dolores Cannon that works to help people connect with their Subconscious mind or Higher Self to facilitate healing and find answers to important questions. A session guides an individual into a deep hypnotic state to explore past life experiences, journey to and through the spirit world, access inner wisdom, and gain clarity about their life’s purpose. The process is also used to directly address physical, emotional, and spiritual issues providing healing where necessary. 

Sessions typically last for two plus hours.

Parker received his Level One Certification in QHHT in September 2025 and is currently training for his Level Two Certification.

Taoist/Druidic/Shamanic

In addition to Reiki and Sound Healing, Parker also works with other modalities in regards to energy work and Energy Healing. Drawing mainly from Taoist, Shamanic, and Druidic traditions, he seeks to help others heal from the inside. Whether its someone in need of a cleansing or someone with their chakras out of balance, Parker works with the energies of the Earth and Cosmos to help bring stability and Serenity.

As a scholar of the Taoist, Shamanic, and Druidic arts he is constantly educating himself on new methods of healing and helping others. Parker finds using a broad spiritual palette helps achieve more comprehensive healing and support.

Aromatherapy

During the fall of 2025, Parker worked on his certification in the field of Aromatherapy. Attending the online program from the Aroma Academy of Natural Science, Parker learned the medicinal and holistic applications of essential oils and the science behind them. He received his Level One Certification at the end of the course.
